Trading on US stock markets on Tuesday ended in plus. Investors evaluated a number of corporate results. The Dow Index increased by 0.75 % to 40 527.62 points, the wider S&P 500 increased by 0.58 % to 5,560.83 points and the NASDAQ Composite technology market closed with a profit of 0.55 % to 17,461.32 points. The VIX volatility index dropped by 3.90 % to 24.17 points and the yield of 10 -year government bonds decreased by four and a half basis points to 4.172 %.

Netflix shares (+1.37 %) reinforced for the eighth time on Tuesday, the title grows without a break from 17 April, when the company reported economic results. In the monthly horizon, the company's stock price is rising by more than 20 %, which is the best performance since May 2023. Netflix is also an aspirant for the most powerful title in S&P 500 for April. «The mood in the markets is good, but until the situation around the cells is clear, it is not won,» says Ross Mayfield, an investment strategist at Baird.
