The transformations brought by artificial intelligence in real estate consultancy are not just about automation. They produce a clear differentiation between those who embrace the new digital wave and those who remain anchored in traditional methods. «The classic consultant will continue, but the difference will be huge between him and the one who works with AI – both in productivity and in results,» says Răzvan Marinescu. In fact, the two founders are convinced that in the near future you will no longer be able to perform at a high level without integrating these instruments. «It is not mandatory to use you, but you will not be able to compete seriously if you do not do it,» he adds. Alex Printz introduces the concept of AI agent, a more advanced stage of technological evolution: «We are not just about generative generatives, which executes orders. We are talking about an AI implementing, measuring, correcting and optimizing without being asked.» In this scenario, the real estate agent is not replaced, but supported by an intelligent assistant who relieves him of repetitive tasks. «For us, the stake is not just professional differentiation. It is the win of time – real time, for the family, for the child, for personal life,» says Printz. The job of real estate agent is a demanding one, in which «the phone rangs in the evening, and on the weekend, even if you sleep at 9 o'clock with the child».
