Commerce continued to attract the most employees, health recruited steadily to cover staffing needs, and construction returned to strength, as shown by ZF calculations based on statistics from the National Institute of Statistics (INS). Therefore, trade is on the first place in the ranking of the activity sectors that recruited the most employees in the last year, exceeding 835,000 employees, an increase of 12,700 people compared to August of the previous year, as official statistics show. «At risk are all those activities or services that do not necessarily offer something necessary, on a daily basis. This includes many services and maybe a little automotive, certain parts of production or IT, telecommunications. Retail will continue to grow, in the area of everything that means sales there is a fantastic pressure in the market and we also see in recruitment projects that everyone is looking for sales people. Customer relations, marketing are growing, we see a lot employment in this area. And there is another area that is going, the accounting area, there is a huge shortage of accountants», said Sorin Faur, managing partner, HR Academy, during the ZF Live business show.
