A shift towards contextual artificial intelligence

The introduction of Gracy AI marks a shift in how cryptocurrency exchanges implement generative technology. While previous tools focused primarily on data analysis and signal execution, Gracy AI is designed to provide “soft” insights. The platform aims to move the conversation from short-term price fluctuations to broader topics such as: Interpreting market cycles Professional development Strategic thinking

Bridging the gap between users and management

In a statement on the launch, CEO Gracy Chen noted that the project started out of a need to expand user interaction. «A big part of my work involves listening to users' concerns and helping them understand what's really happening in the market. The team built Gracy AI from the same approach so that more users can interact, learn and grow while feeling supported by me and the team,» said Chen. The launch is a central component of Bitget's UEX (Universal Exchange) transformation, a plan to integrate artificial intelligence into every level of the user experience. By humanizing the interface, Bitget offers a more human side to this strategy, where technology supports understanding, not just execution.
