In a statement on the launch, CEO Gracy Chen noted that the project started out of a need to expand user interaction. «A big part of my work involves listening to users' concerns and helping them understand what's really happening in the market. The team built Gracy AI from the same approach so that more users can interact, learn and grow while feeling supported by me and the team,» said Chen. The launch is a central component of Bitget's UEX (Universal Exchange) transformation, a plan to integrate artificial intelligence into every level of the user experience.
