From online influencers anyone can find out anything and receive advice on anything. Even about burnout, stress, the hormone of happiness, dopamine, or frustrations related to physical appearance. But these problems also hit them, effects of the state too much online. The job of influencer is not among the healthiest. In their support comes a new therapy, writes Wired magazine.Jayde Powell does not intend to be influencer forever. In fact, the 32 -year -old girl's goal is to give up social networks until she reaches the age of 40. Powell is also a marketing strategist in social media and content creator who posts about a video a day, mainly on LinkedIn. He participates in events organized by brands such as Uber and Delta Airlines and advises others on how to get brand partnerships. A few weeks ago, he wrote that he had earned over $ 50,000 in the first quarter of this year. Despite his success, Powell says he has already suffered the negative effects of the fact that a large part of his life lives online. «I simply do not think it is okay to wake up and hurry to look at the phone immediately every morning,» she says, mentioning that she began to wear glasses that filter the blue light in 2021, in an attempt to improve the migraines she has for a long time. He recognizes that he is dependent on social networks and dopamine that comes with the culminating moments of involvement. «It's embarrassing to say, but it's true.» Powell goes to a therapist about once a month and says that «most» of his sessions are spent discussing career issues, including professional exhaustion, constant pressure to remain relevant in her field and harassment from the public. Although he says that most of her creative friends want a therapist, because of the instability of their income «therapy is almost seen as a luxury.» Creatorization, a recently launched teleseat therapy service, aims to reduce this gap by offering variable scale therapy, specially adapted to people working in the economy of content creators. This initiative – a project by the Revive Health Therapy Teleseity Company and the Creators 4 Mental Health Community Organization – will give people access to human therapists, with virtual sessions ranging from $ 60 to $ 180. The launch comes in the context in which more and more creators express their opinions about the difficulties in the industry. In February, Youtuber Mr. Beast told the host Steven Bartlett in Podcastul Diary of a CEO: «If my mental health would be a priority, I would not be as successful as I have.»
