A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. No matter how new or untouched it seems like a topic, the most important step is the first. But here are two aspects difficult to accept: the first – the road will eventually take you to what you want, but not necessarily where you think it should pass; The second – often, the destination you want is not the best for you. On the other hand, the desire for «better» is within the human nature. From our first breath, we seek to grow and improve ourselves, whether it is more active, eating healthier or reducing the time spent on the phone. In contrast, however, this desire faces an inherent re-existence, also given by our nature. Our lives function as ho-meostatic systems, which tend to return to the known and comfortable state, and our mind, body and behaviors tend to remain within the limits of familiarity. Thus, I strongly believe that, in order to perform and evolve, both professionally and per-social, it is very important to find the power to begin and, subsequently, to acquire the strength to be constant and faithful to the proposed ideals.What does the «central image» look like on your vision board? What does this symbolize for you and what role does it play on your professional and personal path? The «central image» on my vision board is a perfectly balanced balance, sympolizing the harmony between professional and personal life. This represents for me fulfillment in all its forms: as a professional, as a woman, but also as a wife, mother and daughter. It represents how I want to allocate time and energy equally for each of these aspects. Its role in my professional and personal path is to constantly remind me that success does not mean only professional achievements, but also fulfillment and balance in everyday life.
