However, 57% of companies are going to raise wages, according to an online survey conducted by the agency Pedvbr.CZ among 100 respondents from ad owners and af companies. Companies are looking more and more at the external motivation of their employees, but at the same time, they expect the economic recovery soon, summarizes Frantiek Boudn, editor of the staff. According to 29% of the interviewed managers, the productivity of their employees is currently increasing. Currently, 57% of them expect the company's economic situation to improve by the end of the six months at the latest. What is interesting is that almost half of employers feel that there are few suitable job seekers on the market and that they value their quality as mountains, added Frantiek Boudn.
