This time we wanted to find out what is the benefit that makes your everyday work more enjoyable. The question was: What fringe benefit matters most to you in a job? We received 1,119 responses, a sign that the question was interesting for you. We hope that the information will be useful for employers as well. Thus, the most important thing for you, with 34%, is schedule flexibility. Performance bonuses come next, at 33%. For 28% of you, it is important not to go to the office anymore and they prefer remote work. And as health is more important than you, 14% of you appreciate very much if they have a medical subscription.
