The shareholders of Sphera Franchise Group (stock symbol SFG), the operator of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Romania, approved on Thursday a gross dividend of 1.06 lei per share, paid from the undistributed profits of the 2024-2025 exercises, the total amount reaching 40 million lei, according to BVB. The net profit from 2025, of approximately 101.5 million lei, was allocated to reserves and retained earnings. Registration date is May 19 and payment is scheduled for June 10. At the current trading price, the gross dividend yield is around 2.8%. During the same general meeting, the shareholders also approved the contracting of a credit facility of 27 million euros from Raiffeisen Bank, with a maturity of seven years, intended to finance the group’s activity, along with an overdraft line of 3 million euros. Today, Sphera announced the opening of a new Taco Bell restaurant in the Shopping Moldova shopping center in Chisinau. Thus, as of April 30, the company operates 180 locations: 111 KFC restaurants in Romania, four in Moldova and 19 in Italy, as well as 25 Pizza Hut restaurants, 18 Taco Bell restaurants in Romania and one in Moldova and two Cioccolatitaliani restaurants in Italy. SFG shares lost 9.5% in the last year, at a capitalization of 1.5 billion lei. The shareholders include Shaletia Ventures Limited (29.6%), Computerland Romania (20.6%), Wellkept Group (17.1%) and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN.
