The oil drilling company (Symbol Fjeier Symbol) from Videle has budgeted for 2025 total revenues of 256.8 million lei, up 51% compared to 2024, total expenses of 219.9 million lei, up 46% and a net distributable profit to shareholders of 27.8 million lei, plus 51%, ZF calculations. The company wants to distribute 7.7 million lei to investors – 3.9 million lei from the profit of last year and 3.8 million lei from other reserves consisting of the profit of 2022 and 2023, proposal submitted to shareholders in the General Assembly of April 28. On the same day, the shareholders will also discuss the financial statements on 2024 and the 1025 expense income budget. Drilling wells registered a turnover of 167.3 million lei in 2024, up 19.2% compared to the previous year, while the net profit decreased by 4%, to
18.4 million lei. The company has a fleet of five installations. The fifth installation was contracted in 2023 and put into operation in 2024. At the end of last year, the company wrote in the preliminary report that it granted advances of 4.2 million lei for the purchase of a business that will include two drilling stations, employees and valid contracts and the purchase of other drilling equipment. FOJE shares registered a decrease of 3.7% in 2025 and 4.4% in the last year, at a market value of about 152 million lei. The shareholder is part of Iulian Stanciu, one of the most famous entrepreneurs in Romania, president of the eMAG group, who became a shareholder through a 33% package from Sever Raicu businessman, who owns 58.6% of the company.
