The investment fund SARMIS Capital has announced the acquisition of Total Technologies, one of the most important integrators of Honeywell technology for industrial automation in Central and Eastern Europe. «The purchase is made through Smart ID Technology, a company in the SARMIS Capital portfolio, and contributes to the expansion of its capacity to deliver complex technological solutions in retail, production, courier, logistics and distribution. This is the second transaction made by Smart ID, following the 2022 acquisition of the Romanian ERP software leader, Sceptrum. The completion of the current transaction is subject to the approval of the Competition Council. The transaction marks an important step in SARMIS Capital's strategy to support the development of portfolio companies. The synergies between Smart ID and Total Technologies will lead to the creation of an integrated structure, bringing together over 180 highly qualified specialists, able to offer innovative and customized solutions.
