Smartwings agreed on Code-Share Cooperation (Mutual Code Sharing) with the Spanish airline Air Europa on the line between Prague and Madrid, which is operated daily by Smartwings. The agreement is valid from the current summer flight schedule and allows Air Europa to be labeled with its code (UX) and flights operated by SmartWings (QS). This is another airline that has added to a number of important air carriers who work closely with Smartwings. Smartwings offers a daily connection between Prague and Madrid. «Madrid is a very popular European destination. We offer our clients not only favorable airfare prices, but also very attractive departures times,» says Michal Váňa, Smartwings Sales Director. Flight QS1056 leaves for Madrid from Václav Havel Airport Prague every day at 10:05 with an arrival in Madrid at 13:05 local time. For the return flight QS1057 from Madrid to Prague, the flight schedule counts on departure at 13:55 local time and the airplane lands at 16:45 at Václav Havel Airport. Clients can buy tickets to Madrid on the Smartwings website as well as ticket dealers. During the 2025 summer flight schedule, SmartWings offers direct air connections from six Czech airports to eight dozen destinations. The group runs not only from the Czech Republic, but also from Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.
