We will start repairing four bridges on the D2 motorway on Monday 18th August by the installation of temporary traffic signs – DIO. In this year's construction season we will repair three bridges, namely D2-030 near Hustopeče and D2-033 D2-034.1 near Starovičky. The last fourth bridge D2-033.2 U Starovičky in the direction of Brno will start repairing next spring. The operation will be led in 1+2 mode. Repairs will cost and 82 million crowns without VAT.
From Monday 18. 8 to 2. 9. From September 2, the operation in the direction of Brno will be run by one lane, in the direction of Bratislava two lanes will be preserved. In connection with the above -mentioned repairs of the bridges, the rest of Starovičky will be closed at km 31 in the direction of Bratislava from Monday midnight 1. September until 2 November, when we will complete this year's repairs of bridges.
Until the last 3 stage, the repair of the bridge D2-033.2 in the direction of Brno near the village of Starovičky we will start in the spring of 2026. Details of the start of the opening and related traffic restrictions will be specified in time. Repair description
Bridge D2-030..1 near Hustopeče
The repair consists of complete removal of the bridge accessories, demolition of the load -bearing structure from the beams, removal of the transition boards and the upper part of the storage thresholds and wings. A new transition area with an integrated transition plate is made behind the abutments.

Bridge D2-034..1 near Staroviček
The repair consists of removing bridge equipment and upper to the supporting structure, demolition of the closing wall, part of the transition plate. Other work: blasting of the surface of the supporting structure, the setting of the notch joint, the congestion of the transition plate, laying new waterproofing.
