In many organizations, the daily reality of work moves away from the company's priorities: employees allocate their time and effort more to what interests them personally than to the essential objectives of the business. The result is a discrepancy between what really matters for organizational performance and the actual activities carried out, raising questions about how responsibilities and strategic alignment are managed in companies, explains Andrei Oprisor, general manager, within Revolut People. «What happens in a lot of companies, a lot of employees work on something that interests them.
