The new stage will add over 60,000 square meters of total rentable area (GLA), by constructing two new office buildings. Thus, the total area of the New Square Timpuri Complex will double, up to 112,000 sqm GLA. The first three buildings, completed in the first phase of the project and totaling 52,100 sqm rentable, are already 100%rented, among the tenants being companies such as Playtika, Ayvens, Radio AG (Kiss FM, Magic FM and Rock FM), Fratelli, Zitec, Bolt, GO Pro and Vola. The construction works for the second phase started in 2025 and are carried out according to the graph, so that the planned delivery time, T4/2026 is respected. This stage will include two class A office buildings, with 8 and 15 floors, which will benefit from 690 underground parking spaces and a retail component. The second phase will host the largest food hall integrated in a Romanian office building, with an area of about 6,000 square meters.
