Yes, summer has been over for a while now, but that doesn't mean you've put the fun on hold, even if maybe your free time is a bit more limited now and split between college and work. And if it's the weekend, there's room for her too. Here's what you can do on the weekend of November 6-9 in Bucharest!
1. Explore «arts & games» at The Art of the Game exhibition The exhibition that brings together video games, multimedia installations, digital art and interactive stories debuts in the ARCUB space (Hanul Gabroveni). For you: creative vibes + mega cool photo-ops + inspiration for social content. Saturday: Game industry panels, keynotes. Sunday: workshop for children, but also an opportunity to explore with friends. Think about: online ticket, arriving on time, possibly an #aesthetic outfit for stories. 2. Retro-disco party at Nostalgia Imaginarium Place: Romexpo – Central Pavilion. Duration: Friday and Saturday, starts in the evening. Theme: 90s-2000s, hits, nostalgic settings + full party atmosphere. Ideal if you want to dance with friends, go out on the town and make stories with a festival vibe, even if the music festival season is over. Tip: prepare a retro & comfy outfit, arrive early to avoid the crowds. 3. Fairs If you don't feel like partying and want something more relaxed during the day, you're in luck! This weekend, in Bucharest, you can visit several fairs, including Brumar on Victoriei, where you can find handmade products made by small entrepreneurs. It can be the perfect option for a more chill outing, and if the weather doesn't cooperate with you, you also have a lot of options for brunch or specialty coffee in the area. Bonus: you can find cool gifts, handmade items, jewelry, candles. 4. SH treasure shopping Between November 8 and 9, if you feel like shopping SH, your place is at the Yard Sale, between 11:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., at nJoy. But it's not just about the clothes. Second Chance Yard Sale is an event selling clothes and accessories with beautiful stories from your own wardrobe as well as vintage, but it's also about decorations, handmades, books, various objects and many other hidden treasures. 5. Running competition If you're feeling sporty this weekend, there's plenty to do. SkyTower takes the SkyRun charity competition to the highest level: the 36th floor.
