What is Brevis (BREV)?

The Brevis project claims to be «the infinite compute layer for Web3 and everything.» Brevis offers the following: ZK proofs Instant verifications Ability to build «impossible apps» The project is trusted by more than 30 partners, including MetaMask, Linea, Kernel, Euler, Uniswap and others, and according to the official website, has more than 205,700 users and more than 288.6 million proofs generated so far. The project is backed by YZi Labs, Polychain and other big names in the industry.

Solving the Black Box Dilemma

On its website, Brevis addresses the «Black Box» dilemma, where: Every advanced dApp faces an «impossible trade-off»: keeping calculations on-chain (an unreliable but severely limited option) or moving them off-chain (a powerful but unverifiable option) Complex applications must choose between: staying simple enough to be verified or operating in the dark, requiring users to trust The project proposes solutions to open the «Box Black' and removing these choices: Allowing users to run any computation off-chain, with unlimited complexity, proving correctness with a small, verifiable proof in seconds Allowing advanced applications to become both powerful and transparent

Solutions for verifiable computation

Brevis offers two solutions for verifiable computing: For universal computing: Pico zkVM – the only modular zkVM that can achieve 99% real-time proof for current ETH blocks For blockchain intelligence: ZK data coprocessor powering over 300 million in active reward programs in over 20 key protocols including PancakeSwap, Usual and Linea

Coordinating the ZK ecosystem through ProverNet

On the official website, Brevis also describes ProverNet, a decentralized marketplace for generating ZK proofs, which has the mainnet live in beta mode and allows the following: Applications submit proof requests Specialized provers compete to fulfill them TODA auction mechanism matches tasks with hardware and sets prices in real time

Use cases

Brevis has multiple use cases, including: Supporting DeFi intelligence through personalized fees, rewards, and experience based on historical behavior and market conditions Stimulating the growth of RWA tokens and stablecoins through incentivization, transparent distribution, and fair rewards Private transaction through Aster DEX, with trustless verification Cross-chain interoperability, with secure, trustless bridges Launching complex programs on blockchains through transparent ZK mechanisms Up to 100x Scalability Improvements via Real-time Proofs on BNB Chain and Ethereum Verifiable AI Applications High Privacy Computing via Automata Network Advanced Security via GoPlus Security Cryptographically Regulated Prediction Markets with Data Authenticity and Trustless Computing, No Human Validation and Subjective Oracle Consensus (Opinion)

What is the BREV token?

The BREV token powers the economy as a means of payment, staking collateral and governance tool. Tokenomics BREV will have a total supply of 1 billion tokens with the same maximum supply. The circulating supply upon listing on Binance will be 250 million BREV tokens, i.e. 25% of the total maximum supply. Rewards from Binance HODLer Airdrops will be 15 million BREV tokens, which is 1.5% of the total maximum supply. 5 million BREV tokens will be allocated for marketing campaigns after the spot listing on Binance. Binance will launch BREV on Base, Ethereum and BNB Chain, according to the exchange's official announcement.
