♦ Everything that has been spoken so far has had no analysis, no figure, only specti ♦ The question is what do these measures have behind? ♦ Are these analyzes and are not made available to the press? Shouldn't the speeches of numbers, data, impact analyzes not accompany?
Romania to the year 2025 takes measures with financial impact of tens of billions of lei behind the ear. In a period of fiscal and social instability, with measures aimed at budgetary cuts, additional taxes and rethinking entire systems-from education to salaries and state companies-the government and institutional leaders deliver only opinions, not arguments.
There are no public work documents on the table of decision -makers, there are no impact analysis, there are no figures. Instead, we have many words, more than 500 minutes of words, as much as six of the conferences held by Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and the ministers in his government have so far. And the words, without foundations, become dangerous for a country that already works on the limit of confidence in institutions.
The great lie of the cutting of merit scholarships
The case of merit scholarships is the most recent and visible example of a reform campaign without data. In a speech held on the public stage, Daniel David, the Minister of Education, by Prime Minister Ilie Boloja and Deputy Prime Minister Dragoş Anastasiu, a lot about «anomalies» in the system of merit scholarships. Only no analysis, no report, no statistics was delivered behind these statements. At the end of a month in which education was bombed with crisis solutions (it is painful to tell them cuttings), the most unfair remains the statements of those who lead and have the future of some generations of students. Dragoş Anastasiu, Deputy Prime Minister: «When the number of children who have 9.50 in Romania was tripled in three years, but the results at Pisa have not changed, it is a problem.»
