♦ Start-up, which strategically pivoted from retailers to large consumer goods producers, has reached annual recurrent revenues of millions of dollars and aims at 2.5x increase in 2025.
The start-up Deep-Tech Neurolabs, which has developed a Vision computer technology for the retail industry producers, is already thinking about the next development stage, planning to attract a new, larger range of financing, starting with the autumn of 2026. The main objective is to cement the position on the United States. The investment of $ 7.8 million drawn in the spring of this year from several foreign funds – Nauta Capital, Launchub Ventures, Lunar Ventures and Techstart Ventures. «At the moment we are looking at the end of next year to close the next financing round. Our plan is to start up lifting a round in the fall of next year, with the plan to close before the end of the year or in the first quarter of 2027,» said Remus Pop, co -founder of Neurolas, in the ZF. He added that the stake is to strengthen the presence on the western market. «With the next round of financing we hope to cement our place in the Western Square, especially in America. Certainly the round will be, we hope, from a much larger league as a capital injection.» For Neurolabs, the start-up founded in the UK in 2018 by Paul Pop and Remus Pop, the US market is already generating most of its business, even though it does not yet have a physical presence there. «We also see that about 70% of our income already come from the US market, without going very active on that market. If we talk about this retail Tech space, the US has always been the space that has been in advance than the rest of the world,» Remus Pop explained. Recent financing of $ 7.8 million will be used, in part, exactly to build a local presence in the US. «Most of our customers come from America, honestly. And without having a very solid presence, most of our customers are from the US.» «Maybe not as a number, but not necessarily, as a scale of projects. If you look at the US it is almost as a continent. And in the US we have customers operating at the whole region. Big. Success in the American market was powered by a strategic decision taken about three years ago: pivoting from customers retailers to large consumer goods producers, such as giants in the drink or sweets. The latter represent a much larger market, with an acute need to monitor the commercial execution in tens of thousands of shops in which they are present. Neurolabs technology offers these companies «eyes in the field», being an engine that integrates into the applications already used by sales agents. They photograph the shelves, and the AI analyzes the images and sends gross data on the presence of products, prices or positioning, data used by the producers to optimize their supply chain and sales strategies. «In the space we operate there are different companies that offer similar services, but we are among the only companies that offer a technology, and not in the form of a solution. And this puts us in a very good position to work with any player in the market Not to develop a certain solution ”, pointed out the Neurolabs co -founder, adding that there is now a need to strengthen the solutions and applications used by employees from different departments in companies, including people on the field. «It is a high demand for consolidation, and our strategy to provide a technology that integrates directly into a existing process, without changing anything from the user's experience, has given us a fairly significant advantage, by simply positioning us.» At the same time, he also explained how Neurolabs technology works: “With the help of our technology, the field people capture images. They can be images from the shelf, images from any area of interest. And we, with our algorithms, understand what happens inside those images and we turn them into data. << SKU >> (Stock Keeping Unit), what products are present or absent in the image, but we recognize more than products. With this technology, the start-up has come to work with three of the first ten largest producers in the world, and in total it has about 20-30 customers. Neurolabs, which has attracted in total investments of over $ 12 million so far, has reached recurring annual revenues of millions of dollars and, after a 4X increase, a new growth of 2.5x in 2025. «Ambition in the next 18 months is to reach tens of millions,» said Remus Pop.
