EZ Prodej supplies gas to more than 600,000 customers, strengthening its position as the second largest Czech gas supplier in the Czech Republic. Despite the current high wholesale gas prices, EZ Prodej continues to offer discounts to households. After reducing the prices of products for an indefinite period, it is now reducing the prices of one, two and three-year fixations by tens of percent year-on-year. For example, the price of this year's gas fixation fell to 876 K�/MWh (1,060 K�/MWh including VAT), by 40 percent year-on-year. Fixed products in electricity are also falling. More than 600,000 customers already receive gas from EZ Prodej, which thus holds a roughly 22% share of the Czech market and delivered a total of 4.9 TWh of gas to its clients last year. Currently, it is one of 57 suppliers that offer gas products in the Czech Republic, holding the position of number two on the market for a long time since 2020. There is very sharp competition in the range of gas products for households. It is therefore very important that we can constantly recruit new customers thanks to the offer of favorable prices. In the last year alone, 158,000 clients switched to EZ Prodej. One of the reasons is the very favorable prices, which we are now reducing further, even though the prices on the wholesale market are rising, said general director of EZ Sales Tom Kadlec.
