November 26, 2025. Cris-Tim representatives rang the trading bell at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, together with the brokerage consortium BCR and BRD and BVB officials. Between October 17 and 29, 2025, the company conducted an IPO of 454 million lei, and the retail tranche was oversubscribed 42 times, a record.
♦ The Electroalfa International offer now starts with an advantage, entering a market where investors have just shown that they are willing to allocate capital for Romanian entrepreneurial companies ♦ The company has announced its intention to list on the BVB Regulated Market through an initial public offer of new shares, representing approximately 35% of the capital ♦ The launch will be brokered by SSIF Swiss Capital and UniCredit Bank, and the prospectus is to be published this week, after ASF approval.

The high interest in Cris-Tim (CFH) shares, both during the listing offer and later, two months after the debut, reflected by an appreciation of up to 30% of the price, above BET, shows that investors have money available for new companies, and this context offers a favorable start to the upcoming Electroalfa offer, which comes to the stock market at a time when liquidity is looking for new placements. After almost a year without large IPOs, the debut of the sausage and ready-meals producer functioned as a market test for investors' appetite. The offer of 454 million lei – brokered by BCR and BRD – was quickly absorbed, and the retail tranche was massively oversubscribed, a sign that individual investors are willing to allocate substantial amounts when well-known entrepreneurial companies appear. The subsequent evolution of the price reinforced this perception. For investors who entered the offer at a discount, returns reached around 30% in a short period of time, far above the gains offered by deposits or bonds. «The evolution shows that the market has positively received this listing. For investors who subscribed in the first days of the offer, at a discount, the return is currently about 30% in just three months. In the current context, where bank deposits and bonds offer annual returns of the order of single digits, such a gain is equivalent to what an investor would normally get in four to five years from fixed income instruments. This confirms not only the attractiveness of the valuation from the IPO, but also investors' appetite for solid entrepreneurial companies, with a strong local brand and high visibility», says Radu Dascălescu, TradeVille corporate finance project manager.
